The vlog was an idea I had for 5 years but procrastinated doing anything about.
Then, seemingly out of no where, in June 2019 I decided make a daily vlog for 4 weeks in a row.
One thing I have learnt in business (and life) is that starting is much more important than being perfect. Yet it’s so easy to compare our starting point to someone who has been doing something for years and never do anything about it.
I find it so easy to procrastinate starting, to compare my starting point to someone’s highlight reel and then never do anything. Another typical approach I often take up is to go in guns blazing, and then fizzle out. Despite these

Often the very first start point is verbalising your goal, or idea to someone else and then it all grows from there.
Why is it important? How long have you wanted to do it? What have you tried?
I have added a new section to the vlog to focus on achieving goals (see below videos).
Luke was the first one to take up my offer. He had wanted to run a half marathon for over 7 years but never made it past 2 weeks of training. We set the goal to run the distance by the end of July and I got alongside him.
On July 27th we set off for 21.1km and covered the distance in just under 2 1/2 hours!
